Coaching is a co-creative process; the coach’s role is to create a confidential space where deep thinking can take place. The coach asks powerful questions to evoke transformation. The client is responsible to set the agenda and works to find the answers that already exist inside him/her. They own all the actions that emerge from the sessions.

We will work together in our first session to set your goal, test it to make sure it aligns to your values, and move forward towards realising it.
We recommend meeting every other week, in between sessions you will have time to test the actions you have decided to take. Through the programme we will assess what’s changing, what’s stagnating in your life or at work, and recalibrate as you move forward.
We offer coaching packages of 4 laser-focused sessions of 60 minutes, to make sure you address a high priority agenda. You will leave each session with a plan to move forward towards your goal.

WIN coaches are qualified to a professional level and are proven to bring a strength and power to coaching – we are the most evolved and industry-relevant coaches currently in the marketplace. More importantly, both Gaia and Keava gained their first coaching diploma in 2008 with an ICF-accredited organisation and every coach working with us now is a current member of the International Coaching Federation and adheres to the ICF code of practice. The ICF is the most widely recognised governing body in the coaching profession. In the course of 2021, we will gain ICF accreditation.
